We at MMC (mymartclub) are working to create a marketplace that provides value to customers, rewards loyalty and referrals, and compensates those who choose to partner with other business minded people who choose to do the same.
Loyalty/Performance Bonus
Loyalty/Performance Bonuses may be earned through the monthly bonus program. The bonus program is driven by sales volume which is tracked from two sets of numbers, Product Points (PP) and Product Value (PV), that are associated with each product or service.
Customers are awarded a monthly loyalty bonus of 1% of the total PV for all of their purchases and the purchases of any customers, club members, and IBPs (Independent Business Partner) they have refereed directly to MMC.
Club Members are awarded a monthly loyalty bonus of 2% of the total PV for all of their purchases and the purchases of any customers, club members, and IBPs they have refereed directly to MMC.
IBPs are compensated based on a progressive stair step breakaway compensation plan.
PP is a product point value assigned to each product or service. The total PP is tracked, based on you monthly sales volume to determine your Bonus bracket.
PV is a dollar figure assigned to each product or service. The total PV is tracked, based on you monthly sales, then multiplied by your Bonus bracket to determine your gross performance bonus.
To calculate your gross Performance Bonus, add the Pass-up Volume of your frontline IBPs to your personal PP/PV. Look up your Bonus bracket based on you total PP. Multiply your PV by your Bonus bracket. This is your gross Performance Bonus. Any Performance Bonuses, earned by your frontline IBPs, is subtracted from your gross amount to arrive at your net Performance Bonus.
This is the basic MMC Loyalty/Compensation plan. Additional levels, incentives and bonuses are being finalized and will be added.
All payouts are credited to your account and may be used to purchase future orders. Once your account exceeds $100 you may withdraw any or all of the funds.
